By providing your mobile number and ticking the SMS consent checkbox at checkout, you agree to receive recurring automated transactional SMS messages from Palm Custom Studio about your specific order. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can still complete an order without opting in.
What messages will I get?
Only transactional messages tied to a real order — your order confirmation, when it ships (with a tracking link), and a delivery confirmation. No marketing. No promos. We typically send no more than 3–4 messages per order.
How did I sign up?
You ticked the consent box on our cart page next to your phone number before checking out. The exact disclosure text you agreed to is stored on the order along with the timestamp and your IP address, so we can prove your consent if your carrier asks.
How do I stop messages?

STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any text from us. You'll get one final confirmation and then we'll never text that number again. To opt back in later, reply START.Need help?
