Your order
- When you place an order — catalog product or custom 3D file — you authorize us to print and ship the items at the quoted price.
- For custom-print jobs uploaded via /quote, you confirm that you own the design or have the rights to print it. We don't print copyrighted, trademarked, or weapons-related files — we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we find in violation.
- Quote prices are valid for 7 days from generation. Material rates and shipping costs may change after.
- Estimated print times are best-effort. We don't guarantee a delivery-by date unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
Refunds & cancellations
- Catalog products: cancel anytime before the print starts for a full refund. Once your job enters
printingstatus, refunds are case-by-case. - Custom prints: by their nature these are made-to-order. We'll refund only if a defect on our side (failed print, wrong color, wrong material) is reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Shipping failures caused by the carrier (lost packages, damage in transit) are resolved via carrier claims first. We'll reprint or refund if the claim is honored.
- We do not refund shipping costs on returned items unless we shipped you the wrong product.
Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use Palm Custom Studio to:
- Print weapons, weapon components, or any item designed to inflict harm.
- Submit files that infringe a third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights.
- Print items designed to bypass safety mechanisms or impersonate official credentials (IDs, badges, lock keys, etc.).
- Resell our catalog products as your own original work without written permission.
- Abuse the contact form, AI assistant, or review system — spam, harassment, or automated bulk submissions can result in account suspension.
Warranty disclaimer
We make every effort to deliver a high-quality print, but FDM 3D printing has inherent limitations — fine details, overhangs, and layer adhesion vary by geometry and material.
Products are sold as-is without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We're happy to talk through your application before you order — reach out via the support page.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order or claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Questions & changes
We may update this agreement from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Restricted items
We do not print, and you may not upload or place orders for:
- Functional firearm components
- Gun receivers, frames, or lower receivers (including 80% / unfinished)
- “Ghost gun” parts or unserialized firearm components
- Suppressor / silencer parts
- Conversion devices (auto sears, switches, drop-in auto sears, bump stocks)
- Any item prohibited by federal, state, or local law in your jurisdiction
Non-functional cosplay props, prop replicas, and airsoft accessories (where legal) are allowed — as long as they cannot be readily converted into functional weapon parts.
At checkout you certify your model complies with this policy. We screen uploads for restricted keywords and manually review anything flagged before printing. Orders we determine to violate this policy may be canceled without refund and reported to authorities where required by law.
